Refund and Return Policy

At ChillPawCo, we want you and your pets to enjoy our products. If something goes wrong with your order, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution.

1. Change-of-Mind Returns

We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, unwanted purchases or personal preference.

Please review your order and product details carefully before completing your purchase.

This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

2. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us at contact.chillpawco@gmail.com.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or videos where possible.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

For minor failures, we may offer a repair or replacement as permitted by law. For major failures, you may be entitled to choose between a refund and a replacement.

Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide the correct instructions.

3. Return Shipping

If a product needs to be returned because it is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will provide return instructions and cover reasonable return costs where required by law.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first.

4. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

However, nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where you are legally entitled to a refund, we will provide the appropriate remedy.
